What you order

Each planner and wall calendar is printed to order from the design you approve. Before you pay, you can page through every page exactly as it will print.

Please check names, dates, spelling and photos carefully. We print what you approve. If a holiday or date that we calculate is wrong, that is our mistake and we will fix it.

Price and payment

Prices include standard shipping within the United States. Any sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Payment is taken by Shopify when you place the order.

Delivery

Printing usually takes 3–5 business days. Delivery times depend on the shipping option and destination and are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Personalised goods

Every Days Marked product is made to your design, so we can’t accept returns because you changed your mind. This does not affect your rights if something is wrong with it.

If something is wrong

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged or different from what you approved, we reprint it or refund you. See our returns and refunds policy.

Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Your content

You must have the right to use the photos and text you add. We may refuse to print content that is unlawful or infringes someone else’s rights, and refund you if we do.

Liability

Our liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it, except where the law does not allow such a limit, for example for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law. This does not take away protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country you live in.
