- What is a perpetual calendar?
- A calendar with no year and no weekdays: each month shows the days 1–31 with the dates that fall on them, so it can be used year after year.
- Why birth years instead of ages?
- An age would be wrong after the first year. A birth year never is.
- Can I add new people later?
- Yes – there's room to write on every day, and if the family grows a lot, a new printed copy is a few minutes' work.
- How is it different from a birthday book?
- It hangs on the wall where everyone sees it, and each month's page lists who is celebrating – no need to look anything up.
