How it works

  1. Pick your weeks

Choose the first week and how many to print: 1, 4, 8, 13 or 26 weeks, one page each.

  2. Add birthdays

Names, birthdays and anniversaries. With the year born, the planner prints the age on the day: “Liam turns 7”.

  3. Download and print

Print the PDF at 100%, landscape. It's black and white, so it's cheap to print; hole-punch the pages into a binder.

What's in the PDF

  • One week per page: four days on the left, three days and a to-do list on the right
  • Lines to write on for every day, and a box for the week's focus
  • Canadian holidays on their day: Victoria Day, Canada Day, Thanksgiving and more
  • Birthdays and anniversaries with the age: “Mom & Dad (17 years)”
  • US Letter or A4, landscape, in black and white
  • Weeks from Sunday or Monday, up to 26 weeks in one PDF

A weekly planner that already knows your week

A blank weekly planner printable is fine until you realize you forgot your sister's birthday. This one prints the dates for you: every birthday and anniversary you add lands on the right day, with the age, next to the holidays. All you write in is the plans.

How to print it

Print at 100% or “actual size”, landscape, on US Letter or A4. Each sheet is one week: fold it in half for a booklet, or punch holes on the left and keep the weeks in a binder or on a clipboard.

Questions

Is the weekly planner really free?
Yes. Choose your weeks and download the PDF as often as you like, without an account or an email address.
Can I add birthdays to the planner?
Yes, up to 80 dates. Add the year someone was born and the planner prints the age on their birthday, like “Emma turns 10”. Anniversaries print the number of years.
Is it US Letter or A4?
Either. Choose US Letter (8.5 × 11 in) or A4 before you download. Each page is one landscape sheet; print at 100% or “actual size”.
Which holidays are included?
New Year's Day, Good Friday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Labour Day, the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, Thanksgiving, Remembrance Day, Christmas Day and Boxing Day, plus Family Day and the Civic Holiday as a quieter label, since they depend on your province.
Can the week start on Monday?
Yes. Weeks start on Sunday by default; switch to Monday and the whole planner follows.
Can I have the whole year on the wall instead?
Yes. Our wall calendar prints your family's birthdays on the right day all year, with your photos or a painting for every month, printed in Canada.
