We'll email you the PDF so it's there when you need a new copy, and a code for 10% off your first Days Marked calendar.

How it works

  1. Add your dates

Names, birthdays and anniversaries. Add the year someone was born and the calendar prints the age they turn in 2027.

  2. Choose the start

Begin in January 2027 or any other month, with weeks from Sunday or Monday, on US Letter or A4.

  3. Download and print

You get a 12-page PDF. Print it at 100% (actual size), landscape, and pin it to the fridge or a clipboard.

What's in the PDF

  • 12 month pages, one month per landscape page
  • US Letter (8.5 × 11 in) or A4, for any home printer
  • Canadian holidays in red: Canada Day, Victoria Day, Thanksgiving, Remembrance Day and more
  • Your birthdays and anniversaries on their day, with the age: “Olivia turns 10”
  • A big box for every day, with room to write
  • Weeks from Sunday, or from Monday if you prefer

A custom calendar to print, without writing a single date by hand

Most printable calendars are blank grids: you print twelve pages and then copy every birthday in by hand, and do the ages in your head. This one is made from your list. Each name lands on the right day of 2027, with how old they turn or how many years you've been married, next to the holidays.

It is the same month grid as our printed wall calendar, without the photos, so it's quick to print in black and white or in color.

How to print it

Open the PDF and print at 100% or “actual size”, landscape, on US Letter or A4, whichever you chose. Plain copy paper is fine; card stock lasts the year. Punch two holes at the top and hang it with a ribbon, or clip the pages to a board by the door.

Questions

Is the printable calendar really free?
Yes. Make and download it as often as you like, without an account or an email address. The email signup is optional.
Can I add birthdays and anniversaries?
Yes, up to 80 dates. Add the year someone was born, or married, and the calendar prints the age on the day: “Olivia turns 10”, “Mom & Dad (17 years)”. Leave the year empty and only the name is printed.
Is it US Letter or A4?
Either. Choose US Letter (8.5 × 11 in) or A4 before you download; the pages are landscape. Print at 100% or “actual size” so nothing is cut off at the edges.
Which holidays are included?
In red: New Year's Day, Good Friday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Labour Day, the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, Thanksgiving, Remembrance Day, Christmas Day and Boxing Day. Family Day and the Civic Holiday depend on your province, so they're printed smaller in grey, with Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Father's Day and Halloween.
Can I start the calendar in another month?
Yes. Pick any start month and you get the twelve months from there, for example September 2027 to August 2028 for a school year.
Can I get it printed instead?
Yes. Our wall calendar has the same dates printed in, on heavy paper with your photos or a painting for every month, printed in Canada.
