Terms of sale
Last updated 2026-09-24
These terms apply when you order from Days Marked (daysmarked.com) for delivery in Canada. The seller is 1UP Media AB, org. no. 559224-6192, Brunkullavägen 8, 352 51 Växjö, Sweden. Email: hello@daysmarked.com. Phone: +46 76 686 20 65.
What you order
Each wall, family and birthday calendar is printed to order from the design you approve. The product page and the editor describe its size, paper and binding. Before you pay, you can page through every page exactly as it will print.
Please check names, dates, spelling and photos carefully. We print what you approve. If a holiday or date that we calculate is wrong, that is our mistake and we will fix it.
Placing an order
At checkout you see what you are ordering, the price, shipping and the total before you pay, and you can correct anything or leave without ordering.
When you place your order, we email you a confirmation with what you ordered, the price you paid and the delivery address. These terms are always available on this page.
Price and payment
Prices are in Canadian dollars and include standard shipping to your address. We are not registered for GST/HST or provincial sales tax, so no sales tax is added, and there are no duties or fees on delivery. The total at checkout is what you pay.
Payment is taken by Shopify when you place the order, by card or the other methods shown at checkout.
Delivery
We ship to addresses in Canada outside Québec. We don’t ship to Québec yet.
Every order is printed in Canada and shipped by a carrier to the address you give at checkout. Wall and birthday calendars usually take 2–3 business days to print and 2–7 business days to reach you; family calendars 2–3 business days to print and 4–7 to reach you. The expected delivery date is shown at checkout.
If your order is running late, write to us and we will find out where it is.
If your order hasn’t been delivered within 30 days after the latest delivery date we gave you, you can cancel it at any time before it arrives and we refund it in full.
Personalized goods
Every Days Marked product is printed to your own design, so we can’t accept returns or exchanges because you changed your mind. This does not affect your rights if something is wrong with it.
Your rights under provincial law
Your province’s consumer protection and sale of goods laws give you rights that can’t be waived, such as that what you buy is of acceptable (merchantable) quality and matches its description. For a calendar, that means it must be well printed and bound and match the design you approved. Nothing in these terms takes those rights away.
If something is wrong
If your order arrives misprinted, damaged or different from what you approved, we reprint it or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. See our returns and refunds policy.
Your content
You must have the right to use the photos and text you add. We may refuse to print content that is unlawful or infringes someone else’s rights, and refund you in full if we do.
Liability
Where the law of your province allows it, our liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it. This limit does not apply to the rights described under “Your rights under provincial law”, or to loss we cause intentionally or through gross negligence.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Swedish law, but if you live in Canada you keep the protection of the consumer laws of your province, which these terms can’t take away.
If something goes wrong, please write to hello@daysmarked.com first. You can also contact the consumer protection office in your province, such as Consumer Protection Ontario or Consumer Protection BC.
