Or a classic month-grid wall calendar

A column each, and one for everyone

Two to five names across the top of every month, and first a “Family” column for what involves everyone: birthdays, trips and Grandma’s visit.

Birthdays with ages

Every birthday sits in the right person’s column with the age they turn. Canada Day, Thanksgiving and the other holidays are already on their day.

Slim or large, with or without a picture

Slim (5.5 × 16.5 in) for up to three names, or 11 × 16.5 in for up to five. With the month’s artwork on top, or just the days so the rows are taller.

How to make your family planner

  1. Add the family

The names become columns, with “Family” first. Choose the size and the month it starts.

  2. Add the dates

Birthdays and anniversaries, once. Pick whose column each goes in, and the ages are worked out for you.

  3. Check and order

Flip through all twelve months with your names in, exactly as they print. It’s printed in Canada and ships free.

Questions

How is it different from a store-bought family planner?
It’s made for your family: your names head the columns and your birthdays are already printed in the right column, with the age. You choose the size, the artwork and the month it starts.
How many people fit?
Up to five names on the large size and up to three on the slim, plus the “Family” column, which you can rename or leave out.
How big is it?
Slim: 5.5 × 16.5 in. Large: 11 × 16.5 in. Both are portrait and wire-bound with a hook to hang it.
Which holidays are on it?
Victoria Day, Canada Day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving and Remembrance Day are already on the grid, with Easter, Christmas, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day. Family Day and the Civic Holiday are marked too; other provincial days you can add as your own dates.
What does it cost?
$45 for the slim and $59 for the large size, with free shipping in Canada. Order two or more copies and each one is 20% off.
Can it start in September?
Yes, it runs twelve months from the month you choose, so it can follow the school year.
