How it works

  1. Pick your weeks

Choose the first week and how many to print: 1, 4, 8, 13 or 26 weeks, one page each.

  2. Add birthdays

Names, birthdays and anniversaries. With the year born, the planner prints the age on the day: “Jack turns 7”.

  3. Download and print

Print the PDF at 100%, landscape. It's black and white, so it's cheap to print; hole-punch the pages into a folder.

What's in the PDF

  • One week per page: four days on the left, three days and a to-do list on the right
  • Lines to write on for every day, and a box for the week's focus
  • National public holidays on their day: Australia Day, Anzac Day, Easter and Christmas
  • Birthdays and anniversaries with the age: “Mum & Dad (17 years)”
  • A4 or US Letter, landscape, in black and white
  • Weeks from Monday or Sunday, up to 26 weeks in one PDF
A week from the free printable weekly planner, 11–17 January 2027, with “Nan turns 80” on Thursday and a to-do list
One week from the PDF, with the sample dates. Yours prints with your own.

A weekly planner that already knows your week

A blank weekly planner printable is fine until you realise you forgot your sister's birthday. This one prints the dates for you: every birthday and anniversary you add lands on the right day, with the age, next to the public holidays. All you write in is the plans.

It's the same week layout as our printed diary, so if you like using it, you can get the whole year bound with your name on the cover.

How to print it

Print at 100% or “actual size”, landscape, on A4. Each sheet is one week: fold it in half for a booklet, or punch holes on the left and keep the weeks in a folder or on a clipboard.

Questions

Is the weekly planner really free?
Yes. Choose your weeks and download the PDF as often as you like, without an account or an email address.
Can I add birthdays to the planner?
Yes, up to 80 dates. Add the year someone was born and the planner prints the age on their birthday, like “Emma turns 10”. Anniversaries print the number of years.
Is it A4?
Yes, A4 landscape by default, one week per sheet, or US Letter if you prefer. Print at 100% or “actual size”.
Which public holidays are included?
The national ones: New Year's Day, Australia Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Anzac Day, Christmas Day and Boxing Day, plus Mother's Day and Father's Day. State holidays differ from state to state, so they're left for you to write in.
Can the week start on Sunday?
Yes. Weeks start on Monday by default; switch to Sunday and the whole planner follows.
Is this the same as your printed diary?
It's the same week spread, with your dates printed in. The printed diary has every week of the year, a year overview, notes pages and a cover with your name, coil-bound so it lies flat.
