What you order

Each diary and calendar is printed to order from the design you approve. Before you pay, you can page through every page exactly as it will print.

Please check names, dates, spelling and photos carefully. We print what you approve. If a holiday or date that we work out is wrong, that is our mistake and we will fix it.

Price and payment

Prices are in New Zealand dollars and include delivery within New Zealand. We are not registered for GST in New Zealand, so no GST is added. The total at checkout is what you pay; we don’t add card surcharges, and there is nothing more to pay on delivery.

Payment is taken by Shopify when you place the order.

Delivery

Wall, family and birthday calendars are printed in New Zealand. They usually take 2–3 working days to print and 2–3 working days to reach you.

Diaries and teacher planners are printed in Australia. They usually take 5–7 business days to print and about 10 more to reach you, so allow 15–17 working days in all.

These times are estimates. If your order is running late, write to us and we will find out where it is.

Personalised goods

Every Days Marked product is printed to your own design, so we don’t offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act if something is wrong with it.

Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act

Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, what we sell you must be of acceptable quality and match its description. For a diary or calendar, that means it must be well printed and bound, and match the design you approved.

If there is a problem that can’t be fixed or is serious, you can choose a refund or a replacement. For a smaller problem, we put it right within a reasonable time, and if we don’t, you can have it fixed elsewhere at our cost or ask for your money back.

We sell to you in trade. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

If something is wrong

Our promise: if your order arrives misprinted, damaged, or different from the design you approved, we reprint it or refund it in full, whichever you prefer. It costs you nothing, and you don’t need to send the item back.

To claim under this promise, email hello@daysmarked.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem.

This promise is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act. If a problem shows up after 30 days, you can still contact us under the Act.

Your content

You must have the right to use the photos and text you add. We may refuse to print content that is unlawful or infringes someone else’s rights, and refund you in full if we do.

Our responsibility

We don’t limit our responsibility to you under the Consumer Guarantees Act or the Fair Trading Act. If we fail to meet a guarantee, you are entitled to the remedies set out above.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Swedish law, but if you live in New Zealand you keep the full protection of the Consumer Guarantees Act and the Fair Trading Act.
